Emerge School of Transformation (Emerge) is a 40-week commitment to transformation that is designed to birth God’s kids into identity, destiny, and leadership.  The school was founded on the life changing truth God is good and He has an insatiable appetite for everyone to be in His family and live a supernatural, purpose-filled life.

During Emerge’s transformational 40-week commitment, students:

• Encounter God’s love and acceptance in a real and tangible way
• Learn to live out of their true identity in Christ
• Become mature sons and daughters
• Experience the reality of being a member of the Father’s royal family
• Learn to live supernaturally, pray powerfully, and perform signs and wonders
• Adopt a breakthrough lifestyle of prayer and fasting
• Get to know Jesus intimately as the bride of Christ
• Find their place in the body of Christ
• Discover their life purpose
• Start walking in the pre-ordained plans of God for their lives
• Become kingdom-minded leaders who make disciples, expand the Kingdom of Heaven, and establish the Father’s will in the earth

OUR TRANSFORMATIONAL MODEL

The School of Transformation is different by design.  From beginning to end, our goal is to be intentional about confronting belief systems that keep people from experiencing the reality of Jesus and His Kingdom and deliberate about pursuing radical encounters with God that lead to true repentance and heart transformation.

Unlike traditional schools that have a set start date, set end date, set tuition, and set curriculum, Emerge is centered around a transformational 40-week commitment.  Students’ participation in a 40-week commitment to the school is designed to transform their life by challenging mindsets, paradigms, and perspectives that are not aligned with the Kingdom of God.  This includes challenging mindsets about the Godhead, the church, the world, their true identity, who God has called them to be, and living a supernatural lifestyle.

Each week, Holy Spirit led classroom instruction in combined with the pursuit of transformational encounters with God.  Anointed worship, scripture meditation/memorization, soaking prayer, journaling, listening prayer, and prophetic experiences with God engage students’ spiritual senses to create entirely new ways of thinking and being. As a result, the Emerge 40-week experience produces significant impact, lasting mind renewal, and dramatic paradigm shifts that cause radical transformation in people’s lives.

WHY 40 WEEKS? 

The number 40 holds particular significance in the Bible. There are at least ten instances in the Old Testament and New Testament where the number 40 occurs. It rained for 40 days and 40 nights, Moses was on the mountain 40 days and 40 nights, the Israelites wandered 40 years, Jesus fasted in the wilderness for 40 days and was seen on the earth for 40 days after His crucifixion.

Additionally, 40-weeks is significant because it is number of weeks of pregnancy.   We consider all of these factors to be prophetically significant we seek to partner with God transform students’ lives and birth his kids into identity, destiny, and leadership.

SCHOOL ATMOSPHERE

Emerge is a Holy Spirit driven experience where students of all ages commit to learning how to live in the Kingdom of God and extend it’s borders supernaturally.  The school is multi-generational with students of all ages.  The school emphasis on transformation demands a culture where all students participate, take risks, and try new things.  Classes are conversational and students’ are encouraged to share their experiences.  Instructors are coaches as much as teachers.  The class environment often feels very much like a laboratory where disciples practice the things they are being taught while instructors coach the process.

SCHOOL FORMAT

Emerge meets on Monday nights from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. and Thursday nights from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Antler’s Hilton Learning Center in downtown Colorado Springs.   Enrolled students are required to regularly attend classes and participate in transformational encounter times on a weekly basis.  Additionally, students are required to memorize a scripture a week during the 40-week commitment, read seven books from the suggested reading list and write book reports for each one.  Lastly, students are encouraged to radically pursue God, fast and pray on a regular basis, and purpose to live a supernatural lifestyle each and every day.

SCHOOL CURRICULUM

Like every other aspect of the school’s design, our curriculum is designed to be fully dependent upon the leadership of the Holy Spirit.  The three primary topics – Identity, Destiny, and Leadership, are taught on a rotating and on-going basis. The goal is for enrolled students to be wholly established in these three areas by the end of their 40-week commitment to the school.  Students will receive a certificate of completion upon successful completion of their 40-week commitment.

TRANSFORMATIONAL ENCOUNTERS

Moving students into a transformational relationship with God is a key component of the school and the focus on Monday evenings with Schlyce Jimenez.  Each Monday night from 8:45 – 9:30, students pursue encounters with God through worship, soaking prayer, and prophetic activations that engage students spiritual senses resulting in experiences with God that lead to heart transformation and lasting change.

OPEN ENROLLMENT

Visitors are always welcome and encouraged to attend classes as often as they like for a suggested class fee of $15 per class. To enroll, visitors simply pay a non-refundable application fee of $250 and sign a 40-week commitment form.  Students must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent to commit to Emerge.

HONOR BASED TUITION

A key objective of Emerge School of Transformation is teach students to understand the power of honor in the Kingdom of God and develop a foundation of honor in their lives.  To this means, Emerge operates using an honor-based tuition model instead of a fixed annual tuition amount.  During classes, visitors and enrolled students are given the opportunity and encouraged to honor Emerge instructors with an honorarium.  A minimum of $15 per classis suggested, however, students are encouraged to live out the Kingdom’s core value of sacrificial generosity, to give liberally, and even support other students who may not be able to contribute.  If $15 presents a hardship for anyone, they will still be able to attend Emerge and be encouraged to pay what and when they can.

 considered charitable donations. You will not receive a contribution
 statement for tax purposes for tuition amounts paid.

make a donation to Prayer Mountain, CO. Emerge is part of a for-profit organization called Rethink, LLC, whose main emphasis is to provide biblically based education, training and related products.

FACULTY

Classes are taught by five-fold ministers (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers), businessmen and women, community leaders, entertainers, sports heroes, and other interesting people that have insight into transformational leadership. Schlyce Jimenez, the school's founder, teaches the school on Monday nights and every Thursday night the school hosts a powerful guest speaker.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Attendance is taken seriously at Emerge.  We believe that a 40-week commitment is a call from God and that our students are empowered by the Holy Spirit to complete the program (1 Thes. 5:24).  Furthermore, we believe that attending is important because it reflects the standard of excellence and faithfulness that characterizes the Kingdom of God.

BOOK REPORTS

During a student’s 40-week commitment, they are required to read seven books from the suggested reading list and submit a one-page book report for each one.  Books are available for purchase through the school.
