A shocking 50 percent of survey respondents said they base their negative views on personal contacts with Christians stating, “Many of those outside of Christianity … reject Jesus because they feel rejected by Christians.”
Although I grew up in church, it was decades before I experienced the intoxicating manifest presence of the Holy Spirit. In fact, I never even heard of that growing up. We worshipped, but it wasn’t intoxicating—it was boring.
